The following recommendation was made by this committee
That family 21 hires/stipend a Director of Discipleship. We discussed the importance of having someone in the position to help continue the growth in our parishes. The four parishes would share in the cost of this position. It was recommended we would look at other families who have a Director of Discipleship for ideas on salary, hours, etc. This recommendation will be submitted to the Administration Pillar to add to the recommendation we have already submitted. 1) Denise York at 7 PM if available
2) Creating goals, strategies etc based on templates and information from our last four meetings. Any priest or deacon who would like to participate in these meetings can request a copy of the "homework" given to committee members by emailing Pat Dyer |
